Basic Plan
We permit up to 3 transactions per year with this plan (Or up to $10K in commissions), and unlimited referrals!
Great option for agents who only do a few transactions per year, investors who hold a license, or if you just need a license held. You can upgrade to Unlimited for up to a $500 fee if you go over the limit (Scale is based on time on plan and overage amount).

-The flexibility of using our physical offices with no mandatory office time, or working remote with tons of tools and support. It is totally up to you how involved you want to be.
-Multiple physical locations. Dedicated access cards at our shared work facilities have an additional cost.
